This exquisite 1840 Atkin & Oxley Mother of Pearl & Silver Fruit / Pocket Knife is a remarkable addition to any collection. This hallmarked silver knife boasts an elegant design and measures just over 3" when closed, making it a convenient pocket companion. The blade is 2.75" and the total open length is 5.5". Although the blade is in good condition, there is a slight bend at the tip and the mother of pearl is unfortunately damaged on both sides (cracked by inlaid carouche and chipped on the end of the other side). Despite these minor imperfections, this knife remains a stunning piece of history that any collector would be proud to own.
