An attractive vintage National Motorists Association enamel car badge by Collins of London, featuring a colourful design with the Union Jack above two early motor cars travelling along a road, surmounted by a saluting uniformed motorist and the Latin motto 'Omnium Saluti' (For the Safety of All). This vintage National Motorists Association enamel car badge is of chromed metal construction with blue, green, red, white and black enamel decoration, and retains its original mounting bracket with two fixing holes. The reverse is stamped '1468' and 'Collins London'. An interesting piece of early British motoring memorabilia, probably dating from the 1930s, with general age-related wear, surface scratches and some losses to the enamel, as shown in the photographs.
